Why its hot:
Wilson's nBlade
provides maximum control and feel for the ball. The
almost perfectly balanced frame, only 2 points head
light provides a straighter swing, and the heavy
frame provides a closer impact point. Volley
direction is exceptional, as well as overhead
control. From the baseline, the nBlade provides
increased depth and direction. Wilson's nCode
technology provides less shock transfer to the
forearm and shoulder.
Why it's
not:
The nBlade is a
difficult racket to generate spin with. Deep topspin
and slice are fairly consistent, but creating excess spin
for angle and drop shots provides a bit
more of a challenge. It is more difficult to place
the serve using spin, and if unused to the racket,
can make a new user hit long or wide.

String
Tension: 53-63 pounds |
Why its hot:
The nPro Open
is exceptional for generating spin. This racket
provides the user with the ability to execute lower
percentage shots like angles and drop shots a lot
more consistently. Volleys made easy! The racket is
very head light, allowing for quick racket movement
giving you that extra edge. Since it's "handle
heavy" it gives you an extra whip on your serve, to
generate more topspin.
Why it's
not:
Although it is
easy to generate spin, it is hard to generate power
because it is so head light. Deep shots can be
executed, but tend to be slower and higher because
of the spin. Unless hitting a spin shot, precision
control is difficult to accomplish. Definitely
recommended for users with spin games.
